It gives you the typical lengths, bead dimensions etc. It can be helpful if you are unsure of the MM of bead you have or if you need to confirm that indeed your choker is a choker.

Like I said many of you are pro's and don't need this but I thought for anyone who is like me.... Often running into a bead or two that you can't remember buying and it has no packaging, so you need to size it and identify the shape this might be a quick go-to.
I also have a stone that I have totally forgotten the name of.... Maybe I will post a picture of it, hopefully someone can identify it that would make me so HAPPY!!!

Someone may have already mentioned this one but I find that some of the projects have information about techniques - I don't actually do the projects but have learned some great techniques by reading the instructions for some of the projects - as in ladder stitch which I hadn't tried before..
