I have been busy with my wire crochet and am rolling them out in my shop slowly. It is fun, but hard on the shoulders and neck (or maybe it is just me). I am also doing hairpin lace method. Here are some pictures:

It IS hard on the shoulders! I've been doing collars & neckwarmers & boas & my shoulder aches if I crochet too long! Take more breaks Lady! sunny

Sholeh, those crocheted cuffs/bracelets are GORGEOUS!! Such a neat idea. I used to love to crochet but just do NOT have the patience for wire crochet so I am in total awe of those beautiful designs. Very Happy

They are beautiful aren't they? I've tried knitting a couple things with wire and it's tough. Trying to keep things straight and even is not easy.

You sound like me, I get bored easily and always want to move onto something new. Would love to try some PMC next although that would probably cost as much as taking a silver smithing course so both are out for now.

I spent almost an entire day making this necklace. I just listed it in my etsy shop. I'm trying to move on a bit from just beaded things, and I find more and more I just love working with wire.

I just had to show you the gorgeous desk set my husband made. It's going to be in a charity auction tonight. It's all turned wood (burled maple, dyed) but it looks like stone. He made the box too.

Great work Teresa, I guess this is another thing we have in common, my husband is also into woodworking and is currently building all of our kitchen cabinets. I get the feeling we should have been neighbors.

I suppose we're all getting a little bit more active. I haven't posted but a couple of items lately. I did make a lampwork set, a bit different from my others. I've been working on it for two weeks, had some brain moments and finally put it all together. I'm still a bit unsure if I even like the necklace.
