TEAM RULES AND REQUIREMENTS

Moderator/ Teresa (trusk4u)***as moderator, I will be editing and deleting posts so that the threads don't get really long. As things get old,expire, or are no longer relevant, they will be deleted. If you post here regularly, you will not run the risk of "appearing to be inactive". As things are deleted, your posting number will fluctuate.

Rules are basic and few:
1. ALL team members MUST display the team url in your shop announcement. Not in your profile, SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT! You may use one or both of these:

2. YOU MUST place the team tag on every item in your shop. The tag is "ejdss team". It must have the word team in it. That is how etsy admin search for items for their features. This is an etsy rule,not just our rule.

3. YOU MUST post in this forum a minimum of once a week. More is okay, but at least 4 times per month. Otherwise, you will get a warning message saying that you are not in compliance. 3 strikes and you're out! You will be deleted and asked to remove all team markings from your shop. Once deleted, you can not and will not be re-instated.

4. ALL members are REQUIRED to join our flickr group and should follow our blog.

5. ALL team members are expected to participate in team promotions. You are required to FULLY PARTICIPATE IN our monthly blog giveaway, since this is the only promotional we have right now.
This means that YOU will keep YOURSELF INFORMED and up to date on all activities regarding the promotion. This also includes being present for chats regarding the promotion. ADVANCED notice must be given to admin or moderators if you can not attend, or must withdraw from a promotion. All pertinent information will be available in the thread created for a specific promotion.
**Participation means not only being included, but also actively promoting the event in the Etsy threads created for the event. You may also promote anywhere else that you visit including personal blogs,social sites,etc.

5. If you feel that you can't comply with these rules and would like to leave the group, please contact one of the admins listed above and we will take care of it.
