| I know folks say they are over-extended, but if you're considering another venue, or maybe a speciality shop.....Sharon Lear has decided to make her "ArtistryArts" venue FREE to ALL sellers, indefinitely, preferring to take in money from advertisement sales instead of charging sellers! I have been with her from "the get go" and am very excited about this latest development! I hope to see some of you there! My good buddy Teresa is there! We tend to "drag one another around"! (I love that kind lady!) As some of you already know, there is also a ning social networking site of the same name, created exclusively for "ArtistryArts" sellers! OH! And don't forget that it's the ONLY venue w/a Layaway option for sellers & buyers! Aprilee http://ArtistryArts.com/ |

Boy am I glad I've chosen to stay! It's corney (I know ) but there really is no "i" in "Team"! I'm glad I've not turned my back on all of this free, caring advice! Thanks Teresa & ALL members! | For those of you who have advertised on Craftopolis, how has it been? Is it worth it or are you just getting views? |

| I've done it twice - it has brought me lots of views, but I can't necessarily say that it brought increased business - but more traffic to your store is always a start. In my opinion, if you're going to spend 15 dollars on advertising, better to do it on Craftcult or Craftopolis than 1 day spot on an etsy showcase which does not seem to be a good value at all! You get an ad for a full week on the other sites for the same price! |

| Great info, thanks. I agree as when I was first on Etsy I paid for a showcase and it was a complete waste of money. Luckily for some reason I got refunded it although maybe that was why it stunk for me. Must have been site issues. After that, all I ever read on the Forums was how bad it is and a total waste so I never did one again. Maybe when I get some money I'll do the Craftopolis or Craftcult ad. |
